I’m Safiya Nanji, founder of MOYO Mind. My journey began early in life, when I experienced firsthand how mental and physical illness are often existential experiences demonstrating disconnection to our authenticity. These experiences sparked my lifelong exploration of healing and the many ways we can return home to ourselves, even just for moments at a time.
With a background in nursing and decades of study in yoga, meditation, and nidra, I’ve learned that healing begins when we return to authenticity. At MOYO, I guide practices that include gentle movement to release tension, breathwork to support the nervous system, and nidra-style meditation to restore clarity and presence.
My approach weaves evidence-based practice with ancient wisdom, creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and deeply seen. Whether you come for a short reset or a transformational session, my invitation is simple: pause, reconnect, and remember who you are.
